If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform our staff or management immediately so we can address the issue.

We provide a free re-do service within 3 days if there are any quality-related concerns.
